Simone is the passionate founder and CEO dedicated to creating transformative spaces for Women of Color. With a deep commitment to identity development, Simone leverages her extensive experience in leadership training, mindfulness practices, and culturally responsive programming to empower women both personally and professionally. Her vision is rooted in fostering authentic growth, resilience, and confidence, ensuring every woman feels seen, celebrated, and inspired to thrive
my why
My mission is deeply rooted in creating spaces where Women of Color feel authentically seen, valued, and supported in their identity journeys. Recognizing firsthand the unique challenges and systemic barriers faced by Black women and girls, I am committed to providing culturally-responsive tools, resources, and communities designed specifically to elevate confidence, self-awareness, and empowerment. Through intentional training, culturally inspired products, meaningful storytelling, and genuine connections, my goal is to nurture an environment where every woman and girl can confidently embrace and celebrate their true selves
